As you know, living in Las Vegas where outdoor temperatures vary to such extremes, your home air conditioning /heating unit is one of the most important necessities in maintaining a healthy, comfortable environment for you and your family. Yet, unfortunately it is one of the most neglected pieces of equipment that we own. We know that with our periodic maintenance program, we can help you eliminate most unnecessary breakdowns and costly repairs before they occur. |

Our contract customers can be assured that in the spring, before our air conditioners will be working at their maximum, a qualified service technician will come to your home and perform a periodic maintenance inspection. This inspection includes but is not limited to the following: Check amperages and voltage loads of major components. Tighten all electrical connections and clean relay points. Check the evaporator coil and blower wheel cleanliness, clean if required. Check condenser coil and condenser fan motor. Lubricate all motors and bearings. Adjust the belt tensions. Check filters, thermostats, and controls. A complete system check must be performed prior to the start of the contract to bring your system up to proper operating conditions. Any repairs that may be necessary will be billed at regular labor and parts rates, less 10%. The charges for these services (at the same location) in the program are as follows: One air conditioner……………..$225.00 per year Two air conditioners……………$430.00 per year Three air conditioners…………..$600.00 per year For properties with more than 3 units, please call the office for special pricing. Prices above are based on a minimum 6 month agreement. There are many other benefits we extend to our full service contract
customers You’ll receive priority service for a faster response time. Contract customers receive thirty day billing on any repairs.
